Summary

The Team Manager is a business leader and brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales targets and maximizing commercial opportunities. This role delivers an excellent client experience while leading, motivating, and developing the store team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to exceed financial targets, maximize sales performance, and support store business plans.
• Manage the sales floor, encourage cross-selling and up-selling, and model effective sales leadership.
• Build client relationships, strengthen loyalty, support clienteling initiatives, and address customer complaints.
• Coach and develop team members, identify training needs and talent, and foster effective communication.
• Support store operations, including cash activity, inventory, logistics, reporting, asset protection, and back-of-house organization.
• Ensure company procedures, product knowledge, client service, and grooming standards are upheld.
