The Sales Professional makes the client's needs their primary focus, establishing client relationships and delivering memorable service with a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry. They are knowledgeable about merchandise and continuously update their product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Present products to clients with storytelling and technical detail.
- Build and maintain client relationships using the company CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and industry knowledge.
- Maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity.
- Comply with all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Assist and collaborate with team members.
- Optimize sales and minimize shrinkage through merchandise and display organization.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
- Use all company systems, hardware, and software effectively.
- Complete administrative tasks supporting the Client Experience.
- Handle client repairs and deliveries as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Excellent storytelling ability and passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Strong client service and selling skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
- Flexibility to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
