Summary

The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences while representing the brand and achieving sales goals. This role builds client relationships, shares product and styling knowledge, and supports store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing knowledgeable service and memorable in-store experiences.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through outreach, virtual selling, and product recommendations.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and company initiatives.
• Support inventory, store events, opening and closing duties, and other store projects.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, climb a ladder, and lift up to 30 pounds.
