Job Description

Summary

The Sales Professional focuses on meeting client needs by building relationships, providing memorable service, and demonstrating knowledge of fine jewelry through storytelling and hospitality. They maintain product expertise and uphold company guidelines while contributing to a professional showroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Build maintain and develop clientele using the company CRM platform.
  • Maintain product knowledge on collections and showroom pieces.
  • Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
  • Support the client experience and showroom hospitality guidelines.
  • Use company systems hardware and software to perform duties and complete administrative tasks.
  • Take in and deliver client repairs and turn clients over to team members as needed.
  • Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
  • Travel for business when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
  • Excellent client service selling and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong storytelling ability and passion for fine jewelry and craftsmanship.
  • Organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Computer literate including MS Office and company CRM systems.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages when required.
