Sales Specialist - Americana Manhasset

Summary

The Sales Specialist will support the opening and daily operations of the Hermès Manhasset boutique, delivering exceptional client service while contributing to individual and boutique sales targets. This in-store role focuses on maintaining merchandising standards, assisting with inventory and POS duties, and ensuring asset protection in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals and support the boutique in meeting collective targets.
• Maintain the selling floor to VM standards, including straightening, replenishment, tagging, ticketing and proper storage of items.
• Process transactions accurately at POS, maintain CRM and sales records, and support after-sales administrative tasks.
• Participate in inventory preparation, monthly cycle counts and adhere to asset protection procedures and key control guidelines.
• Provide prompt, personalized client service including greeting, assistance, and packaging at point of sale.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong relationship development, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and collaborate with the team; self-starter with open availability.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
