Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist at Hermès San Francisco, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience and achieve sales objectives.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective targets.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor to support sales efforts and customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately and manage CRM files for sales analysis.
• Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of customer service, including greeting clients and assisting with purchases.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
