Sales Specialist - Maison Madison Flagship

As a Sales Specialist at Maison Madison Flagship, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales and customer service objectives in a luxury retail environment. You will work closely with the sales team and support teams to enhance the client experience, reporting directly to the Floor Director.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective targets.
• Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure all items are stored properly and maintain the selling floor according to VM guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately, including receipts and CRM files, and support after-sales services.
• Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of customer service, including greeting clients and assisting with packaging at POS.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
