Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Forum Shops location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching team members, and maintaining store standards and procedures. This role assists with daily operations including opening and closing the store and ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are organized.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience
- Build sales through product knowledge styling expertise and seasonal trends
- Develop client relationships through regular contact and prompt follow up
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand product and brand DNA
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Maintain store readiness ensuring clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Open and close the store according to procedure
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with customer service focus
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
