Sales Supervisor - Madison Flagship

Summary

The Sales Supervisor is a luxury retail leader responsible for driving commercial performance and delivering elevated in-store experiences. This role leads by example on the sales floor, cultivates high-value client relationships, and supports operational excellence across the boutique. The Supervisor partners with store management to inspire the team and execute business-driving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals, KPIs, and client development targets
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with a discerning luxury clientele through personalized clienteling
• Lead by example in luxury selling, hospitality, and service excellence on the sales floor
• Support store events, marketing initiatives, and business-driving strategies
• Inspire, coach, and develop team members; support onboarding and ongoing training
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and POS/CRM proficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality
• Proven success driving sales performance and cultivating high-value client relationships
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a premium or luxury retail environment; an established client book is highly desirable
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays and ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs
• Multilingual in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Mandarin is a plus
