Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Prince Street location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring store standards and company policies are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and promote seasonal trends
- Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
