Summary
The Sales Supervisor will support store management at the Toronto Premium Outlet by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, coaching and developing the sales team, maintaining store standards, and implementing company policies and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and drive the sale to meet KPIs
- Manage client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and open and close the store
- Implement and enforce company policies procedures and corporate directives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or an industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
