Sales Support Associate - Williamsburg Pop-Up

The Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate at the Williamsburg Pop-Up provides essential clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique. This role involves delivering high levels of service to clients, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

• Provide prompt and friendly service to clients, assisting with inquiries and packaging at the point of sale.
• Support the sales team by managing merchandise, stock room preparation, and maintaining selling floor standards.
• Organize workstations and ensure all necessary items are stocked and available.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
