As a Sales and Client Advisor with Keys at our Madison Avenue location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Director by ensuring the smooth operation of store opening and closing procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while contributing to the store's overall success.

• Achieve sales goals and assist in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
• Support and enforce store operations and sustainability policies.
• Manage store shrinkage and ensure cash register accuracy.
• Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
• Oversee store maintenance and ensure proper levels of supplies.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
