Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media tools to engage customers and grow following
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
