Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate providing face to face customer service across concierge, giftwrapping, cashier, greeter, and fitting room roles during the holiday period. Work in a fast paced luxury retail environment supporting store teams to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Positions are temporary through the holiday season with varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as an ambassador for the brand
• Manage concierge and reception inquiries in person via phone or email
• Perform giftwrapping to company standards
• Operate point of sale to ring up purchases and process payments
• Greet customers and provide directions and general assistance
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and return stock to proper locations
• Assist sales staff by locating sizes and supporting floor operations
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously
• Work varied shifts to support peak holiday periods

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to stand and move about the store
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends evenings and holidays
• Basic ability to operate store POS technology training provided
