Summary
Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance at the Halton Hills location. The role focuses on clientelling, meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets, maintaining daily retail operations, and supporting team development through coaching and events. The associate represents the brand through excellent operational standards and after sales service.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets including UPT and ATV.
- Capture client data and maintain client relationships through after sales service and follow up.
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance.
- Manage inventory tasks and ensure seamless inventory operations throughout the day.
- Process returns exchanges and open and close consignments.
- Develop initiatives contests and events to drive business.
- Coach and train sales team members and support their development.
- Communicate effectively with clients peers and management.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling.
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to balance daily responsibilities.
- Entrepreneurial sales focused personality with strong presence.
- Ability to maintain operational excellence and follow policies and procedures.
- Experience with register operations returns and inventory processes.
