Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate hired for the holiday period to support store sales and giftwrapping operations. Role involves delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor or providing elevated gift wrapping to brand standards during a high volume season. Positions may be full time or part time with varied shifts between late October and December.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and assist with their needs within assigned store areas
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and create a warm shopping experience
• Refer customers to specialized colleagues when appropriate
• Wrap and package purchases to elevated brand standards for giftwrapping roles
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure readiness throughout the day
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season
