Seasonal Associate (Sales Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal associate role supporting sales and giftwrapping operations during the holiday season. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor and providing elevated giftwrapping services while working a variety of shifts from late October through December. This is a store based role with on the job training and opportunities for commission for sales positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs within assigned areas of the store
• Provide extraordinary shopping experiences through attentive service
• Refer customers to specialized team members when appropriate
• Perform giftwrapping and packaging to elevated store standards
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure readiness throughout the day
• Support sales efforts including potential commissionable transactions
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• Availability for a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
