Seasonal Associate (Sales Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting sales and giftwrapping during the holiday season, delivering elevated customer service and assisting store teams with varied front of house duties. Roles may be full time or part time and include on the job training and potential commission for sales positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their needs within assigned areas of the store
• Provide extraordinary and welcoming customer service throughout the shopping experience
• Refer customers to specialists or other employees for additional support
• Wrap and package purchases to elevated store standards for giftwrapping roles
• Ensure packaging supplies are prepared and available throughout the day
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season
