Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate position supporting stock, fulfillment and visual merchandising during the holiday season. Role involves back of house and sales floor support to ensure timely order fulfillment, merchandise replenishment and display maintenance. Work includes a variety of shifts between October 20 and January 10 with potential overnight opportunities during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
• Locate product and package orders to company standards
• Replenish sales floor merchandise and maintain floor merchandising standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with customer needs as required
• Assemble holiday fixtures and place signage props and displays per standards
• Rework presentations and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
• Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
• Perform other duties as assigned in back of house and sales areas

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service focus
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for periods and move between store and back office areas
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder safely
• Availability to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Available for the holiday seasonal period and potential overnight shifts during peak week
