Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate position supporting back-of-house operations including stock, fulfillment, and visual merchandising during the holiday season. Roles involve order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and assembling displays to maintain luxury store standards. Position is seasonal and requires flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and potential overnight work during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers following company packaging standards
• Locate product and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Replenish sales floor stock and maintain merchandising standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with sales floor presentation
• Assemble fixtures and install signage and displays for holiday shop
• Rotate stock and rework presentations as merchandise sells down
• Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move between store and back office
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder as required
• Availability to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Available for holiday season dates between October 20 and January 10
• Willingness to volunteer for overnight shifts during peak sales week if needed
