Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting back-of-house operations including stock, fulfillment and visual merchandising during the holiday season. Role involves fulfilling online orders, replenishing sales floor stock, assembling holiday displays and maintaining visual standards while working a variety of shifts between October and January.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
• Locate product and package orders to company standards
• Replenish sales floor and maintain merchandising standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with stockroom organization
• Assemble holiday fixtures and place signage and displays
• Rework presentations and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
• Perform other duties as assigned including shipping and receiving tasks

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for periods and move between store and back office
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder as required
• Availability for varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings weekends
• Availability for overnight shifts during peak sales on a volunteer basis
