Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate delivers exceptional customer service and supports store operations during the holiday season through sales and giftwrapping roles. This position involves greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and ensuring packaging standards are met while working varied shifts from late October through December. Employees may earn commission for sales roles and receive seasonal scheduling that can be full time or part time. On the job training is provided and candidates must work in a fast paced retail environment with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and assist with their needs within assigned store areas
• Provide extraordinary service to create an elevated shopping experience
• Refer customers to specialized staff when appropriate
• Wrap and package purchases to company presentation standards
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure readiness throughout the day
• Support sales efforts and potentially earn commission on qualifying sales
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations
