Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate providing customer-facing sales and giftwrapping services during the holiday season. Role supports store teams to deliver elevated luxury customer experiences through greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and preparing gift packaging to brand standards. Position is seasonal with varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends between late October and late December.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcoming experience on the sales floor
• Assist customers with product selection and needs within assigned store areas
• Refer customers to specialized staff for specific sales or service needs
• Perform giftwrapping to company standards and maintain packaging supplies
• Support other store duties as assigned including stocking and visual upkeep
• Work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays during the season
• Collaborate with store team to achieve service and sales objectives
