Seasonal Associate (Sales Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate providing sales and giftwrapping support during the holiday season. Role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers on the sales floor, and ensuring high standards for packaging and presentation. Position is seasonal and may be full time or part time with variable weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly and assist with their needs in assigned store areas
• Provide exceptional customer service to create extraordinary shopping experiences
• Refer customers to specialized staff when appropriate
• Perform giftwrapping and packaging to elevated store standards
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure readiness throughout the day
• Support sales activities and assist with transactions as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned by store leadership
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday period
