Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide confident and honest styling and product advice on fragrance and related items
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet business needs
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Handle merchandise and assist customers with physical tasks as required
