Drive beauty sales across brands through demonstration and artistry while providing one-on-one customer service and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Conduct service consultations to determine customer preferences and needs
• Perform product demonstrations and apply artistry techniques to drive purchases
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow up and product recommendations
• Grow sales by promoting appointments and opening customer reward accounts
• Create in-store events and network within the community to drive traffic
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to identify key products and focuses
• Use technology for selling and appointment scheduling

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of beauty industry experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow through, and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
