Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize company tools and alternative purchasing processes to support sales.
• Engage in clienteling and build a customer clientele.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities.
• Support a collaborative and inclusive store environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective customer and team communication skills.
• Ability to operate register and stand for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel.
• Capable of building positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
