Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and sales goals. This part-time seasonal role focuses on customer engagement, supporting new technology and alternative purchasing paths, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. The role is entry-level with opportunity for future leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize More Ways to Shop and other technologies to support sales
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet, stand and walk for multiple hours
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
