Seasonal Brand Ambassador Stock

Summary

The Seasonal Brand Ambassador Stock role provides operational support to a retail store by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and supporting sales floor replenishment. This position focuses on inventory accuracy, visual standards, and efficient back-of-house operations while assisting customers and sales staff as needed. The role may be offered full- or part-time and requires flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight to meet units-per-hour goals, including markups, markdowns, and tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damage, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets
• Manage Ship-to-Home orders and store-to-store transfers and process retickets and RFID associations
• Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, transaction processing when required, and maintain fitting room and floor standards
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation per guidelines

Requirements

• Back-of-house or high-volume specialty retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stock areas, work with chemicals, lift and climb up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and management
