Seasonal Client Advisor

Summary

Seasonal Client Advisor supporting the store sales team by delivering personalized client experiences and assisting with operations and visual merchandising. The role partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support full lifecycle client service in a luxury retail environment. This is a seasonal store-based position focused on client engagement and operational support. The Advisor will represent brand standards and assist with product retrieval, presentation, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional service as directed by management.
• Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor.
• Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
• Assist with visual merchandising including organizing and repositioning displays.
• Support inventory preparation and execution per management requests.
• Maintain back of house organization and manage product go-backs.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience in hospitality or other client oriented service roles is acceptable.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and client centric approach.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred.
• Technologically savvy with basic Microsoft tools knowledge.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail.
