Summary

The Seasonal Support Associate helps drive sales and profit through efficient merchandise processing and organized stockroom operations. This seasonal role supports merchandise movement from delivery to the selling floor while maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, offload, sort, and prepare merchandise and supplies.
• Tag, ticket, and process merchandise to make it ready for the selling floor.
• Organize stockroom space and place merchandise on the floor according to floor maps and visual standards.
• Complete price changes, damages, salvage, and return-to-vendor tasks while following asset protection and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is encouraged; no experience is required.
• Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and basic math skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
