Summary

The Operations Associate supports store back-of-house processes, managing inventory and after-sales services to ensure smooth product flow and protection of store assets. This role maintains operational systems and facilities while partnering with client-facing teams to uphold luxury service standards. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach to drive process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control, including receiving, reconciliation, and stock organization.
• Support after-sales services and client care processes to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate product flow between sales floor, stockroom, and external services.
• Maintain store facilities and operational systems and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Protect store assets and support financial controls and audits.

Requirements

• Experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work an hourly schedule and perform physical tasks associated with inventory and stock management.
