Seasonal Part Time Sales & Operations Support Associate

Summary

Provide operational support in a retail store to help deliver an exemplary customer experience. This seasonal position lasts a maximum of three months and supports shipping and receiving, inventory, cash office, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, shipping documents, transfers, inventory counts, and related paperwork according to company standards.
• Support inventory preparation, cash office procedures, shrink reduction, and store process improvements.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate supplies; coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services.
• Help ensure invoices are approved promptly and replenish supplies as requested by store management.

Requirements

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and pack, unpack, and move stock.
