Seasonal Retail Associate

Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods to enhance client experiences through welcoming service, assisting across store areas, and executing sales transactions. The role reports to a Senior Manager and requires flexibility for nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition them to appropriate associates
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect customers with management
• Follow up on customer requests questions and needs
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and alterations pickups
• Partner to support fitting room experiences when needed
• Introduce store services such as alterations personalization food or beverage and package carry-out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle customer escalations and coordinate with management
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills
