Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and transactions
• Provide friendly customer service and listen to customer needs
• Keep the cash wrap area and sales floor neat by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick up
• Inform customers about events, gift cards and rewards programs
• Stay knowledgeable about key fashion trends and product offerings
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
