Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor during a seasonal assignment. Assist customers with purchases, returns and other transactions while maintaining a polished and organized department. Support order fulfillment and pickup as needed and stay knowledgeable about trends and store programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales and returns
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by restocking and tidying
• Support other areas of the store including order fulfillment and pickup
• Inform customers about store programs such as gift cards and rewards
• Stay current on product and fashion trends to assist customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization and follow through
• Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours and perform physical tasks
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally
