Seasonal Retail Cashier And Sales Floor Support - Perimeter Mall

Summary

Seasonal store support role providing cashier and sales floor assistance at Perimeter Mall. Deliver excellent customer service at point of sale, support order fulfillment and pickup, and help maintain an organized, on brand sales floor in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and transactions at checkout
• Provide friendly product knowledge and style guidance to support purchase decisions
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick up
• Promote store programs such as gift cards and rewards to build customer relationships
• Prioritize multiple customer requests and tasks during busy periods
• Perform continuous movement and physical tasks including bending, reaching and lifting merchandise

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and follow through with attention to detail
• Problem solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capacity for continuous movement 6-8 hours and to lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally
