• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales and returns
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service at the point of sale
• Keep the cash wrap area and sales floor organized and well stocked
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up processes as needed
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers
• Help build customer relationships by sharing program and event information
• Perform light cleaning and merchandising tasks to maintain presentation

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours including bending and reaching
