Summary

Provide friendly customer service and support checkout and sales floor operations in the Jellycat department. Help customers with purchases and transactions while keeping the department organized and ready for business.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked cash wrap and sales floor.
• Share product and trend information, upcoming events, gift cards, and rewards program details with customers.
• Support order fulfillment, order pickup, and other store areas as needed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and learn computer applications.
• Flexible availability based on business needs.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
