Summary

Seasonal store support role in men's apparel providing excellent customer service at the point of sale, assisting with transactions, returns and phone inquiries, and maintaining a runway ready sales floor. Position requires flexibility to support order fulfillment and pickup and a passion for fashion and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales and returns
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
• Maintain and restock the cash wrap area and sales floor
• Keep the department organized and visually appealing
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
• Inform customers about promotions, gift cards and rewards programs
• Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organization and follow through
• Problem solving skills and customer focus
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
