Provide fashion-focused sales and styling support in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships, offer style and fit advice, and provide attentive service.
• Develop product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules as business needs require.
