Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Provide style and fit guidance and deliver excellent customer service
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with the team and support other departments when needed
• Use networking and technology to support sales targets
