Seasonal Retail Sales

Summary

Hiring event for seasonal retail sales and support roles at a Century City store location including beauty, sales support, fulfillment and delivery, and beauty counter manager positions. On the spot offers may be made and interviews are conducted during the event.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and provide product recommendations
• Operate point of sale and process transactions
• Support fulfillment and delivery tasks including packing and handling orders
• Perform stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Lift and carry merchandise up to specified weight limits
• Provide service at beauty counters and demonstrate products
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding activities

Requirements

• Ability to perform continuous movement and physical tasks for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and use of hands
• Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock roles
• Customer service skills and ability to engage with guests
• Availability for seasonal schedules and event interview times
• Ability to work in a retail store environment
• Background check may be required
