Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Use text and social media tools to grow customer following and sales
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty enrollment
- Stock merchandise, perform remerchandising, and execute price markdowns
- Fill orders and assist with light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule with variable hours by week
