Responsibilities
- Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Engage customers and build lasting relationships to grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Use texting and social media as selling tools to drive sales
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow loyalty
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to maintain a customer ready department
- Be flexible to work in different departments when business needs require
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
