Summary
Seasonal Store Support team member responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor, assisting with transactions, returns and customer inquiries while maintaining store presentation and supporting order fulfillment and pick-up.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-person and by phone with sales, returns and other transactions at checkout
- Provide friendly knowledgeable customer service and help customers with purchase decisions
- Maintain cash wrap and sales floor by straightening restocking and light cleaning
- Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick-up
- Communicate upcoming events and rewards programs to build customer relationships
- Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced retail environment
- Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills and follow through
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Problem solving skills and team player attitude
