Summary

Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining quality and inventory standards. Role requires physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to use inventory systems and technology. Position supports store operations including shipping, stockroom organization and event setup. Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast paced retail environment are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize stockrooms
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve merchandise shipment or inventory discrepancies
• Assist with store tasks such as markdowns, relocating fixtures and special events setup
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and backrooms
• Perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, lifting and reaching throughout shift

Requirements

• Previous retail stocking or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technology and computer applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
