Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales
• Develop client relationships beyond the initial transaction
• Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store
• Follow store operational policies and procedures
• Work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work a minimum of two weekdays and one weekend day
