Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

Enhance the client experience during the seasonal period by welcoming customers, supporting the selling team, and providing exceptional service. Work across store areas based on business needs and report to a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with appropriate associates.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and help resolve escalated customer issues.
• Follow up on customer requests and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Introduce clients to store services, including personalization and delivery options.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
